Payload is one of the most important factors when choosing your your horsebox. 
We can offer upto 1300kg of payload on a Renault Master or Vauxhall Movano chassis.

The design has proven to be exceptionally strong, durable and a safe environment to transport your horse. It comes with a full height bulkhead to prevent your horse trying to get out the back door, which can be an issue with the half height bulkhead designs. This creates a separate jockey area at the rear with two seats that have storage space underneath them.

With a 3.5t box it is vital that you know what the payload is, so you can calculate whether it is capable of carrying one or two horses with all your gear and a passenger too! Our lightweight 3.5t box is made from a material called Omnia which is very strong but also very light. It has a huge payload of up to 1300kg, which is one of the highest on the market today, carrying your horses facing the rear. You can choose from a half or full height partition, top flap or barn style doors above the ramp and many other extras.

Our horseboxes are built on a Vauxhall Movano, Renault Master, Citreon Relay, Fiat Ducato or Peugeot Boxer van which offer the best payload and easy driving characteristics. With the low chassis height the ramp angle is very shallow and there is minimal body roll when fully loaded.

Using our light weight honeycomb panel we can achieve a payload of 1200kg (and more) on newer chassis. This means our vehicles can carry within the legal payloads, giving you peace of mind (depending on horse size).
